2. Work stream forums meet bi-monthly
Purpose

  • Input to strategic goals and outcomes
  • Developing work stream annual action plans to meet goals and outcomes
  • Carrying out annual plan activities
  • Reporting back to the Board of Trustees on progress against annual plans
  • Coordination projects and initiatives that grow out of work streams

  • STCT Board of Trustees

3. Public Forum held alternate months
Purpose

  • Feedback to members and general community on STCT strategy, activities and reports
  • Opportunity for general public to present to STCT on its activities, projects and initiatives
  • Raising awareness and understanding of social and community work that contributes to Safe Tairawhiti
  • Opportunity to engage in discussion and input to STCT collective impact work
